What if I own multiple websites?
If you own multiple sites, you will get a discounted price for your second, third, and fourth site.
What is your refund policy?
We offer no refunds because once the order is placed, we will work on your site. Choose your plan wisely, and have hassle-free updates instead.
If you are a customer, you have a way to find out how to do this in the training section.
Do You Guarantee Our Site/Sites from being exposed to Malware?
No, we can not in full faith provide that guarantee, but you will still be more protected than other sites that leave non-updated sites up to chance.
There are no guarantees, but if you are a customer, you have the training to do this yourself or have one in your staff to do it for you.
Can I upgrade after signing up?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time after signing up. We will prorate you for the yearly plan depending on how many months you have used the service.
Can I cancel?
Yes, you can cancel at anytime. All you have to do is email us before your next payment is due…all your payments will be recurring. And we provide no refunds…so if you cancel the day after you are charged, we will continue working for that month, but there is no refund, but you will not be charged for the following month.
The same thing will work with the yearly plan.

This website maintenance is just that…updates, upgrading, and backups.but does not include changes to your website, for that, we charged $75/hr, (but the price will increase to $115 for non-customers/hr, to $95/hr for customers)…or any other thing extra that they want to add to their site…
Customers can always ask for a how-to if it’s not already on the training for their website, and we can give out instructions, so they don’t have to pay for the service…we will be happy to provide a training on a how-to so that our customers can handle them themselves if they want to.
For non-customers, that means, we didn’t provide the website, that means you do not have access to the training, and for us to do it for you, it will be $115/hr, for customers that don’t want to do the work themselves, it will be $95/hr.
These fees are just for maintenance and updates, to keep your site maintained. Not work on it for extra content, extra SEO features, video, malware removal, or anything else…
